Blue Highlites 2.0

This template is a centered, fixed width, two column design suitable for screen resolutions of 800 x 600 or higher.

At 800 x 600 the content area has a plain white background. Higher resolutions will reveal the raised “3-D” effect of the centered content and a black background in the left and right margins.

This design is meant to keep the content inside the viewport at lower resolutions without scrolling left or right.
