JAWCS ships all items via UPS or US Postal Service. Subject to availability, we ship items within 2 days of receiving the order. Items usually take 5 or 7 business days to get to you.

The exact shipping charge to your location is shown at the beginning of the checkout process, before you have entered your payment details.

1.  Satisfaction Guarantee

Because JAWCS wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, all products (digital products excluded) are backed with our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Products returned to us in new condition (postmarked within 30 days of our ship date) will be refunded in full.

Digital products (templates, software, etc.) are not covered by the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, but we will try our best to provide the corrections or customization to meet your reasonable expectations.

2.  Return Policy

If an item arrives at your door damaged, please return it immediately so we can replace it. All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice).
  2. Returns after 30 days are generally not accepted. However, if special circumstances apply, contact us and an exception may be granted.
  3. ALL of the Original Packaging (Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc.) MUST be included.
  4. We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
  5. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  6. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. If the purchase was made by check or money order the refund will be made in the same manner.
  7. JAWCS is not responsible for any damage that may occur when you return your order. You may wish to send your return by insured post.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope.
  2. Include a copy of your Invoice in the box and seal it tightly.
  3. Return merchandise to:

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing after we have received your return. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.

3.  Canceling an Order

You can send e-mail to jeffwebb@jawcs.us asking us to cancel your order at any time. Please include your name, addresses, phone number, order number and what you ordered. You can also call us at (985) 326-3515 with this information. If you don't get to us before we have shipped your order, take advantage of our Satisfaction Guarantee.
